Refund & Payment Policy
At the Governance Institute of Rwanda, we believe that education should be driven by purpose, trust, and impact. Therefore, we do not require payment upfront for course enrolment.
Participation in and completion of our courses is entirely self-motivated. Upon successful completion, each participant is invited to determine the amount they wish to contribute based on:
-
The personal and professional value they derived from the course,
-
The relevance and impact of the knowledge gained,
-
Their ability and willingness to support the mission of the Institute.
As payment is made voluntarily after course completion and based on individual evaluation of the experience, a traditional refund policy does not apply.
We encourage thoughtful reflection when determining your contribution, and we deeply appreciate your support in sustaining inclusive and impactful learning.
